This free, poetry home learning unit uses the traditional rhyme, ‘Jack and Jill’ to engage EYFS children with speaking, listening and singing activities when working from home.
There are 10 activities within the resource that are designed to support the development of EYFS literacy skills. The ideas and suggestions in the resource could also be used with other rhymes and jingles
For each year group we have created a selection of free spelling, writing and poetry activities linked to a variety of engaging themes. Some require pupils to complete their own research to use in their own writing and others use images and video clips to inspire.
