This free, poetry home learning unit uses the Sarah Coleridge poem ‘The Brook’ to engage year 3 children with speaking, listening and writing activities when working from home.
There are 8 activities within the resource that are designed to support the development of year 3 literacy skills.

For each year group we have created a selection of free spelling, writing and poetry activities linked to a variety of engaging themes. Some require pupils to complete their own research to use in their own writing and others use images and video clips to inspire.
