Blended Projects

The Literacy Company and Inspire Education –   Blended Projects

In response to DfE updates, The Literacy Company have collaborated with Inspire Education to write blended projects that can soon be purchased individually to complement your school curriculum or as part of your school’s Covid-19 catch up strategy.

Using the stimulus of reading, pupils will develop a progression of literacy skills that run parallel with humanities knowledge delivered through Inspire Education’s interactive online platform.

DfE remote education updates:

  • Teach an ambitious and broad curriculum in all subjects from the start of the autumn term, but make use of existing flexibilities to create time to cover the most important missed content
  • Develop remote education so that it is integrated into school curriculum planning. Remote education may need to be an essential component in the delivery of the school curriculum for some pupils, alongside classroom teaching, or in the case of a local lock down.

All schools are therefore expected to plan to ensure any pupils educated at home for some of the time are given the support they need to master the curriculum and make good progress. These courses are  Free for our Cheshire Partner schools until  30.10.20
